Our Brahmbucha brews & botanicals are based upon the balance of the three elemental doshas endemic to Ayurveda: kapha, vata, pitta. Ayurveda believes an imbalance in these doshas is the cause of disease so strives to balance these within mind, body and spirit.

One of our key active herbs across all blends is Brahmi (bacopia monnieri) an adaptogenic herb which can improve our body's resistance to stress.
